Critical avoidance
Is critical avoidance a good primary stat for mods? Besides speed (seeing as it is so rare), what are some other good primary stats for mods

That is very helpful, thanks! But, what do you mean by power? Is there literally a stat called power? I haven't seen one yet if there is.

power can be found in 4 mods, not just the + mod
