Critical Rate?
We have the Physical critical rate and the Special critical rate. Does anyone know what interval it is for a %? Meaning if 100 Physical/Special critical rating equates to 1%?

So simply divide your Phy Crit by 20, and that will be your %. The Special Crit Rating was once displayed as 2.4 is .10%. I guess it still is the same. So divide you Special Crit Rating by 24. I Admit that number seems Low/wrong
