I am totally SHOCKED and DISAPPOINTED to say the least that the owners and makers of Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes would increase the price of Crystals...I have spent and WASTED hundreds of dollars on this game buying crystals and TRYING to get characters. EVERYONE is SICK OF IT and CANNOT AFFORD IT. The Materials for upgrading characters skills almost NEVER DROP from the Cantina. It is ludicrous offering 100 crystals a day for people that have spent hundreds of dollars and more in this meaningless game and software. It is seriously unfair and unreasonable because it costs at least 50 crystals for one daily story energy refill and 100 crystals for one Cantina refill it should be at least 150 crystals a day of refills just for one refill per event available! There should already be VIP level for pricing on crystals for people that have spent 100 dollars 500 dollars and over 1000 dollars and on for crystals because it is simply unfair...It is ABSURD to think that hundreds and thousands of dollars are blown on a little Mobile Video Game that minimally benefits communities and peoples lives at all in no way either then to relieve a little bit of stress and have a little fun...I am a VERY UNHAPPY User and overly UNSATISFIED with the rewards presented and how this game runs needs to be FIXED so I will be completely changing my review of the game and will not be spending anymore money filling your GREEDY pockets on this game this is a terribly UNBALANCED system...My Star Wars USER NAME Timothious I have been a regular faithful customer that has spent way too much money trying to advance and have not been near awarded enough! Don't spend money in the first place if possible wait and let the game run for year or two then decide :).

Two things I agree with here.

VIP level related to spending on the account, which is standard in other games of this genre.

Ridiculous price of the daily package, which is far more expensive then other games of this genre.

What country are you in?
There's been adjustments in several countries for currency fluctuations, in Canada where I live our dollar is low due to global commodity prices so converted to USD, the price of crystals has gone up. Think before you fly off the handle.

Can anyone in the US confirm it's still $20 for the 2800 crystal pack? I'm guessing it is.

I live in Canada but that shouldn't make any differences in prices they are giving us more software for money it costs them nothing to make crystals or deliver them to us physically crystals are worthless and have no value in Real life...it's jumped up almost 30 percent in prices sickening!
