So I purchased the GG LSB and was then informed when I logged in the at there was “an issue processing your purchase. We have credited your account as best we could” and have instead been given credits instead. Can someone please assist as I purchased the LSB and have no real urgent need for the crystals.

Put in an in-game ticket and ask them to fix that. If they don't want to, do a chargeback through the istore or google play. You didn't get what you attempted to purchase.
How long does the in-game ticket take to reply? I’ve submitted and the EA chat function has taken details, but even hard force closing the app keeps the chat open and no response!
