CT-0292 “Captain Vaughn” Kit Concept

CT-0292, or Captain Vaughn, was a Clone Trooper taking Rex’s role after his promotion, acting as one of Ahsoka’s aids in commanding the 332nd. He was sadly killed before Order 66 was issued, but during his time with Ahsoka, he served her faithfully. His armor design has not yet been featured, so it wouldn’t be just another generic clone

Light Side, Attacker, Galactic Republic, Clone Trooper, 501st

Basic: Siege Shots

Deal damage twice and call random ally to assist. If Commander Ahsoka Tano or any form of Rex is present, they gain Advantage and Speed Up for 3 turns. Target enemy is Inflicted with Target Lock for 2 turns. If it is Vaughn’s turn, he inflicts Siege on the target enemy for 2 turns, which can’t be resisted or dispelled.

Siege: +15% Defense, -75% Offense, -20 speed.

 

Special 1: Survey and Report (Zeta) (CD 4)

Deal damage to all enemies and dispel all buffs on them. All Galactic Republic Allie’s regain 40% Health and 20% Protection. If Vaughn has the High Ground, he deals damage a 2nd time. If Commander Ahsoka Tano is present, she gains foresight for 1 turn.

 

Zeta: If the enemy was Sieged, inflict Blind and Burning for 2 turns. If the Leader is a GL, all Galactic Republic allies gain Advantage, Foresight, and Evasion Up for 2 turns.

Special 2: Engage the Enemy (CD 5)

Deal damage and inflict Speed Down and Stun. If the stun is resisted, inflict Armor Shred for the rest of the encounter, which can’t be resisted, and deal 2x damage. If Commander Ahsoka Tano is present, she is called to assist dealing double damage. If Jedi Master Kenobi is present, he gains 10% Ultimate Charge, and his cooldowns are reduced by 2.

Unique 1: Loyal Trooper (Zeta, Omicron)

Whenever Captain Vaughn or Commander Ahsoka Tano are damaged, the other recovers 10% Health and Protection. The first time Commander Ahsoka Tano would be defeated, if Vaughn is still active, Vaughn takes 85% health and 60% protection damage (This damage cannot kill Vaughn), and Commander Ahsoka Tano regains full health and protection, also gaining Damage Immunity for 1 turn. Whenever a Galactic Republic ally attacks, Vaughn, Jedi Master Kenobi, and Ahsoka gain 10% turn meter. Vaughn also shares all his buffs and bonuses with Commander Ahsoka Tano. He also gains all buffs and bonuses any Galactic Republic allies give to Jedi or Light Side UFUs.

Zeta:

Vaughn assists Commander Ahsoka Tano whenever she attacks.

Galactic Republic allies and Vaughn gain:

+5 Speed for each GR ally

+10% Crit Damage for each UFU ally

+10% Defense for each Clone ally

+10% Evasion and Tenacity for each Jedi ally

+15 Potency, Accuracy, and Crit. Chance per 501st ally

GAC Omicron: Whenever a debuff is inflicted on a Galactic Republic ally, they gain 3% TM. Whenever an ally is inflicted with DoT, they gain a corresponding amount of HoT. Commander Ahsoka Tano, any form of Rex, any Jedi Master Kenobi deal 15% extra damage.

 

Unique 2: 332nd Intelligence

Whenever an ally Galactic Republic character gains a buff, a random enemy is inflicted with Target Lock. Target Locked and Sieged opponents take 10% bonus damage. Additionally, after each of Vaughn turns, he inflicts all enemies that are immune to Instakill and enemies with the Instakill Immunity buff with 5 stacks of Expose, which can’t be resisted, evaded, deflected, or dispelled. While Vaughn is active, all Galactic Republic allies are immune to Healing Immunity, Buff Immunity, and Order 66.
