What I meant was that when Vader inflicts DoTs on everyone, right? Jesse dispels those DoTs, then each of ally that had them dispelled would attack their last attacker, similar to the effects of Retribution or a counter. But if what I am saying does seem still a bit confusing, then should I just rework that to work differently or take away the "calls to Assist" bit?
While Jesse is active, whenever an ally is inflicted with any debuff that ally dispells all negative status effects on himself. If that debuff was inflicted by enemy character's ability - allied character deals basic damage to that enemy and calls Jessie to assist
something like that
