I've often had a similar idea, to give some grace to some smaller guilds, as well as for full guilds where 2-3 people might slaxk a little (or go on vacation). Still cap the guild daily at 30,000, but increase the max per person (while under 30,000) as the guild gets smaller. It doesn't have to be exactly proportional and can taper off at some point, though I don't expect each party in a guild of 2 to be getting 15,000 a day anyway. But maybe a guild of 25 can potentially get 22,000 a day instead of being capped at 15,000. Even increasing the sub-30k max per person in a full guild can make up for a few people who would fall below 600.

But I don't think this is how CG rolls; they want people active daily and being in a guild is a way of incentivizing that behavior and having the playerbase police it in others.

I too wish there wasn’t a cap and I agree that we wouldn’t be putting in 15000 tokens a day lmao. I do like your ideas but, unfortunately, you’re probably right about CG.

I think this is basically it. I've heard so many people say, "I would've quit the game by now if it weren't for my guild." CG knows this. It is in their interest to keep players playing the game. And so it is in CG's interest to get people into full guilds where they feel socially obligated to keep engaging and progressing—not because the player loves CG or even the game itself, but because they want to help their guildmates or not let them down. And the more guildmates, the more links of obligation get made.
Some game modes are solo experiences. And some are cooperative, meant to be done by full or nearly full guilds. Raids, TWs, and TBs are designed to be cooperative.
