Fix the bugs and exploits but leave the difficulty where it is now. Half the fun comes from preparing, communicating and anticipating the kill. What seems hard at first becomes so sweet when it is conquered. If you nerf it now, you'll literally take away the majority of what makes this aat raid so good and fun.
