I couldn't even get by the first tier at 4* including maul. I gave up after that

Impossible to win without Maul and relics, I assume. I've got IG 4 stars and R2, the other two at g12, and I only get past the first phase of tier one 10%of the time at best. This is the nugget of crap on top of the dumpster fire of anniversary showing what CG thinks of it's players - Spend More Money or Quit Playing. Leaving towards the latter.

With maul you can do first two tiers 3*. You know guys you can put mods on them after era ends? I dont know how hard it is without maul but my 4* asaji nuked everyone in phase 1 on both first and second tier. The design seems fair and phases are not really that hard(everything im saying is based on having maul)

Three stars so no maul. Even with mods it is just unachievable. And I can't be sparing crystals to buy the new characters when I returned to the game only a few years ago and need to be catching up on all the conquest units and such. 

Tier three is trash, even with 6* modding and relic 2 characters.  Put my best PVP mods with 23-28 bonus speed, Prot, Health, etc and can't even get a turn.  Luke and Leia are over-tuned for the event.  Leia is just ridiculous turn meter gain.  My fault for thinking 4 toons would be good enough to clear a 4 event.

I tried it and had similar results. Fully decked out mods that I use with my GLs and I was obliterated by second tier (all g12 no maul). There’s so many issues right now and it feels like CG is just refusing to listen to the players and patrons. I’ve been playing on and off since the beginning and I’ve never seen so many people quit do to frustration and just a pure lack of fun.  

Cleared all 3 of the first tiers with gear 12 and minor investments into abilites mainly maxing Fractured Fury and Maxing his unique "Always Remember, I am Fear" put my best speed mods on maul full speed set, put offense and health mods on vader. First round try to focus down luke tier 1 and 2 should be trivival after modding and upgrading but you can replay until he doesnt start with his mass assists which is a possibility he only starts with a basic attack. If you clear round 1 round 2 and 3 are trivial and then just focus down maul at the end which should be pretty squishy compared to yours. I have Maul and vader at 4 stars gear 12 no further upgrades other than what was given except the abilities

Hey genius, how are we supposed to get Maul with characters only at 3 stars?

Because the first tier specifically is unlockable for characters at 3 stars. Meaning that it is supposed to be cleared with characters only at 3 stars. And as I’m sure you remember, Maul is impossible to be obtained with characters at 3 stars.

So this event first tier should be clearable with Asajj/IG/Vader at 3 stars, and NO MAUL. Which it absolutely is not. Hell, the first **bleep** wave isn’t clearable with those 3 and NO MAUL at 3 stars.

Before you pipe up some condescending waffle about putting on mods or what is or isn’t fair or hard, try actually thinking through what you are going to say.

I gave up I could not even take a turn in the first wave!

Everyone in our guild is complaining the Line chat is full of complains.

This is definitely not F2P friendly.

I bought some LSB and era currency and gear to give myself a head start in Coliseum but they doubled and quadtripled the prices and I stopped supporting SWGOH and the developers.(SLKR=$10)
