That's one of the reasons why they created these raids, to push us to relic 9 our entire roster. The next raid will have a bunch of new characters that they'll influence us to push to R9. They don't do much to help with resources for that, but they expect every player to R9 our entire roster and if you don't, anything that doesn't work right for you is your fault.
