Dark side should not get a "cleanser"

I do think DS should get a cleanser. If LS can have it both ways then DS should have it viable both ways as well.
I do like the idea of a cleanse going through a potency check. But, I think tenacity up needs to be reworked. Right now tenacity up is a guaranteed 100% chance to resist any debuff. While tenacity down is not a guaranteed 100% chance to inflict a debuff. Imo, either change tenacity up to match the reverse and only be 50% chance to resist like the tenacity down is... Or, make tenacity down 100% chance to inflict debuffs and make more tenacity down characters.
The triple cleanse setup needs very little work to keep debuffs away. They are all very viable toons that fit well together and hit very hard. The DS toons that have the ability clear the tenacity up do not have the same power attacks as LS toons. The B2s of the world while great he can clear tenacity up hit softer than a baby's bottom. And the next turn one of the triple cleansers will just remove the few buff immunities that were laid down and replace them with buffs... ironic.
And now with the pending Nihilus nerf coming (even though first Kozispoon said this was WAI just 6 weeks ago up until the Rex / triple cleanse meta started whining), to leave the tenacity balance where it is, you are taking away one of the only great viable characters the DS has right now to try and combat the LS cleanse.
