Dark side should not get a "cleanser"

B2's "mow Down" is in theory the inverse of Rex's "squad discipline".
In practice it can be dodged, deflected, blocked by foresight etc...
Then if it strips buffs, it rolls to see if Buff immunity is applied.
Squad Discipline is an automatic 100% cleanse all and add debuff immunity.
Not balanced
B2 would get REKT by cls and his 100% counter I mean 50%.
