Have you consider this that mainly everyone is complaining how hard it is from point of view that it should be from easiest to hardest? But look at buff for rebels, this is going from lvl 3 to 2 in next phase and to lvl 1 on phase 3. Imagine a battle. Do you think that it is starting from easy to hard? No, at the begining is always the hardest. I think CG made this brilliant. And it is really challanging, some team comps dont work, some works very good. Also finally there is battle that need good mods and high gear. It is not like this that you will have undergeared toons and low mods and you will finish missions.
