Your only Hope right now lies in NS. zzMT, Azzajj, Old Zaka, 4 Zeta and a zombie with nigh infinite lives is about what it'll take these days to compete and then also hold on defense.
NS is also BA in DS TB and can put up a decent defense in TW (or overrun a CLS team on O in TW).
That's it, Rebel bias is thick. Devs think it's gonna make them more $, as is self evident, so not much you can do but work with it.
MAYBE, just maybe we'll get Embo and a BH rework - if you can get ahead of that you might have another option soon.
