Darth maul and darth vader shards

There should be a better way to get darth maul and darth Vader shards in shipments such as squad cantina battles shipments and squad arena shipments.

Darth maul is good against the current jedi teams but he doesn't have much going for him outside of that. Certainly not for the cost. I have been buying Vader tokens when they show up in the shard shop. 7 star Vader interests me for some reason.
