Also, you can't say that someone isn't a "true Star Wars fan" if they don't like one specific part, or didn't play some game 10 years ago. That's like saying none of us are true Star Wars fans because we hate the Christmas special. People can enjoy what they want, and I like the prequels, but if someone doesn't I understand that and I'm not gonna call them a fake fan.

Agreed, but they should be allowed to recommend the highly acclaimed games and not get harshed on in return. Sure they went too far saying he wasn't a "true fan", but you can't just straight up say you don't like an era or something about star wars without even giving it a try.
