Darth Nihilus: Drain Force Bug

Anyone noticing if enemy characters are still using abilities after they had their cooldowns increased? I've been doing some arena battling and in GW and noticed it happening. The effected characters ...

Nice! Not nice that it happened to you, but that's confirmed. I'm gonna get some videos of it tomorrow(hopefully).

I attacked them again, but the order was different so it wasn't the same battle. I couldn't duplicate it. I've noticed it in the past, and this time I paid closer attention. The opposing Nihilus was Dazed and then had force drain used on him (debuffed, so has 100% chance to land if it's true it can't be resisted) and he immediately turned around and used force drain himself.
