As others have said, the no crit thing is good, as it is a counter to many teams. The +60% offense actually over compensates for the lack of crits, unless you had them modded up the wazoo, in which case move those crit mods to another team and load up your sith with percent protection and offense.
Plus the massive health steal (150% under zeta) means your sith can survive a lot, especially since they effectively heal protection.
The problem with Nihilus is not his leader ability, it's that he can't use annihilate until it doesn't matter.
