My guess would be that he or visas goes on cantina node 7-A because thats where Tuscan Raider is and no one would farm him there if at all.
Another guess would be 9-B Hard DS as that is where ewok scout is.
My final guess is that he could go on the Ship pve nodes if they decide to put character shards there.
