Darth Sion Zeta fix
Fix whatever whacky stff happens that enemies that arnt inflicted with pain still dont get the debuff pain when attacking Sion. Its a zeta..... thank you

Nothing in the zeta ability says it skips the tenacity check. Modding for tenacity or taking teams with tenacity up buffs and cleanses are part of the tactics of this game.
I think it would be really annoying to need to know exactly what parts of an ability came from the zeta to know what automatically becomes unresistable.
What you want is just a better ability than it is. It's not that good. It is what it is, and it does exactly what the ability said it would when you paid the zeta mats for it. If it does not say "can't be resisted" then don't upgrade the ability thinking that it will be.
