His aoe has his uses other than just pure damage tho, the debuffs for culling are the main purpose and speed down and DOT is a bonus.
But yes he does need a buff to a degree IMO, people can say he is good which he is but he is good as a SITUATIONAL toon only and dosent excel in many areas and team compositions like most toons do.
