People's jimmies are already perma-rustled anyway, you can't really go off that and it's pretty much EAs speciality.... and many also want a significant buff, like I know you do! if it's balanced it's balanced and would be a good addition.
I think it would help his diversity a lot and in one fell swoop you can throw him in against a lot of different teams on his own, while not being OP and fitting him nicely
Well I definitely want him buffed I just don't think he needs a rework.
He def needs a basic upgrade and a unquie that's for sure.
I do like your idea, I actually like it better than mine now that I really think about it.
It forces people to get rid of Vader early which plays into his zeta
