Darth Vader made viable and desirable in one simple step!

What if they made his leader ability a unique? Like, not come up with a unique to replace his leader ability but have his unique act like a leader. Of course some tweaks will be needed but I think it would give Vader his sense of specialness back. Players put in a lot of time to get and rank up Vader so he needs something extraordinary.
Also, his basic needs to do more damage.
