Data cron battles in conquest bugged?

You know I'm not talking about the sector 1 battle specifically. Each data cron node from each sector is 100% drop rate. I know you don't get actually data cron from sector 1 each time. Only reason I'm not getting anything from that node now is cause my credits are at 30m

This happened to me the other day. I was like wtf. Than realized I was maxed on credits.
