No. I checked and it is not in my inventory. I "was" 90% sure i saw it but chose another...i recall thinking about it...

With the greatest of respect, your testimony is not reliable. I have not encountered any other person playing the game that claims they spotted a leader's resolve disk in the current conquest.

Amusing that you dismiss my statement as anecdotal when it’s in response to one user who thinks he maybe saw the Leader’s Resolve Disk. I mean, his evidence is anecdotal AND unreliable.
