I believe if you rotated arena shards on weekly basis that it would deter players from colluding as it would be tedious to find the top teams on the shard every week.There could be a shard reset day, say sunday/monday on the time when the least amount of payouts are affected, where all of the player-base gets randomly shuffled. Then on the rotation day, give the players 10-15 free arena battles so the shard can align as it should with the top players near the top. The rest of the week would play just like it is now.Edit: you can only be randomized into a new shard with players that started he same month as you. This would keep it fair for new players. What do you think?

I was not aware the devs stated that there was a problem with working with shardmates. If you don't want to join the collusion, that's your problem.

They never stated an opinion on the matter. I just think collusion takes away from the competitive nature in the game. I also think it makes arena boring.

This won't work for several reasons, and also doesn't actually fix anything, so would be a waste of time.

The only arena members colluding with each other are probably the top 5 or top 10 players at most. Sure it sucks, but the rest of us that are slugging it out in the top 200-10 don't want to have to do even more battles just to try to stay competitive.

I don't want anyone banned for collusion. It's actually a good way to ensure good payouts on a daily basis. I just want the pure competitiveness back into arena

The title alone heavily implies that there is a problem, that the devs have acknowledged, with collusion.
Personally, I feel that if I were to lose the people on my shard, who I've gotten to know over the past year and a half, I would be uninstalling the game. Them, and my guild are really the only reason I still play. I know a lot of people would have my opinion too, but there will of course be others who would disagree.
I do strongly believe the game would see a huge drop in players if something like this were to happen though.

Um so you cant collude for top places in arena you would give the game and your guild up ?

That's not what I said at all. I said that I enjoy playing and talking with the people on my arena, and to lose a form contact with these players (arena), would be for sure something that would make me quit the game.
Edit: In fact I'd be able to work with top players on any server so in reality, collusion doesn't come into it.

If anything, we could be introduced to more players in the game. It would be cool to be rotated to new arena where i could go against mobilegamer, ahnald, smithieD, or warrior one week!
