So many players on the forums have been providing their Input into why not do the 95% Reduction from a R4 o r R5 to an R9. Yes I agree there should be some stat differences, yet there are better ways...

I can see this yes, or add it to R10. I would rather see progression this way instead of or even the Relic level abilities to characters. But yes, as long as the Community comes together, we should be able to change this. We got some change, probably on their level. But we really need a change on our level. This is ridiculous.
