Dengar the Disappointment: Can Dengar be used without Rex

Basically I'd like to see if anyone has used a comp WITH Dengar and WITHOUT Rex and get over 4 mil otherwise I can't see Dengar being worth it.

Edit: Otherwise I think it's safe to conclude that Dengar won't help any FTP since no Rex.
