Dengar works fine for me with the right mods and team on T7.
There is a base resistance that all toons get on defence of 15%, Devs have explained the mechanics.
- I've had QGJ on 98.5% potency and yes he still gets resisted.
You dont need Dengar on the Pigs, I can easily solo the T7 pigs using: Teebo Rex QGJ Rey Jawa, or Teebo EE Rex QGJ Jawa. You can use Fives instead of Jawa, or Phasma. Potency on TM removers needs to be 70-75%. Above 75%-80% is a bit pointless due to the base resistance.
Dengar (on T7) shines best on the Rancor I find:
- Teebo Dengar Rex QGJ Jawa/Phasma/Fives (slow but steady)
- Teebo Dengar Rex QGJ Rey (faster but bit more dependant on Teebo stealth, no slow)
- Critical chance, I find 60%+ on Dengar makes him repeatable
- Rex / Phasma give nice TM boosts, could also use EE I guess
- Dengar also gives assist chances, further increasing TM removers
I can solo P2, but by the time I get to the end of P2 my guild have generally nearly finished the raid lol.
Dengar is also fun in GW, behind a Phasma lead.
I'm happy with the time/effort and lets see what the new raid needs.
