But for where he is at, he is a decent character. Yes, I know he may not be the strongest guy I have, but he has a great amount of health and he can give as much as he can take.
We're not commenting on him as a general character, but more his ability to improve your raid score. It still seems he doesn't add much unless you have Rex too.
