I haven't tried dengar in heroic since he's only 6 stars.... But seriously considering if Dengar is even worth it.
I have run Dengar with with around 50 potency and no speed mods. My best was 1.7 million. If Dengar reduces Tenacity to 0 only leaving 15% chance of resists I should see better numbers than my guild mates running with out Dengar with only Teebo QGJ Rey 5s and forgot the 5th. I could understand my build might take longer but I should see better results than this based on the potency issue.
The thing that drives me nuts is whether TR, ES, or QGJ sometimes it won't decrease TM but no resisted. So my big question is how effective is that 55% or 65% chance, and if it's resisted or not and don't see it displayed.
