Dengar the Disappointment: Can Dengar be used without Rex

@Deciderer you can always get a crit with the door down. And then you only need to attempt to get it to stick if the rancor takes a turn. So I used dengar as my speed down and tenacity down guy. I'd have finished p4 too but my guild had a damage hold to allow the rest of people to get an attack in. So I stopped using tm reduction after p3 to prevent ending the raid early.
