Developers oversight
Why does Malgus ship give tenacity when Levi gives ferocity? Those mechanics work in opposition to each other.

- Doesn't matter. The ferocity can't be resisted. Normally debuffs applied to allies from allies can't be resisted even if it doesn't state it.
