Developers, please allow to swap mods

Let's say I want to replace my receiver between Malak and Scorch.

A good practice that many of us have would be finding a good mod applied to a "ok" character to move it to a better character, and give that other back to the other one.

In this case, I would like to put my Scorch's receiver onto Malak, so I'd click "ASSIGN":

and enable an ability to "swap" without letting Malak without mods.
