Did CG shadowbuff order 66?

My Tarkin ds clones team could consistantly complete tier 4 now they are stuck at tier 3. It is the exact same with my Sana,Nest and Hondo team. Mods haven't been changed at all. Either CG is lying which is nothing new or hid it in patch notes. If it is in patch notes please link it.
