Did Zader stop working for Heroic Rancor?
Our guild could turn out HR easy before the update, now we're struggling to get any TM reduction. Did something change??

phase one TMR works as expected, phase 2 it is doubled (removes 40%), phase 3 it is tripled (Removes 60%) phase 4 it is 80%.
Tenacity down doesn't matter at all for empire toons because zader's leader makes TMR unresistable. so the goal is to just hold on to your hats and pray to make it through P1 and 2, and by 3 you can auto basics only through the end.
