Didn't get AAT loot

Do devs monitor these pages? Our guild is strong but still takes a while to get thru normal AAT raid. Just finished one this morning. Loot showed in my inbox, but did NOT award to my account. It had some desperately needed train droids. Am I just hosed? Help!!

    @Vol4Ever you have to send an email to customer support and explain to them that you didn't receive the rewards. This isn't the first time this has happened. If that doesn't get you anywhere, then make a thread in the Bugs section and request a Dev look into it. If that doesn't get you anywhere, PM them directly.
