Didn't get both omicrons back?

In-game help is trash. But after the materials refund from changes to Ezra and Merrin, I only got 20 omicrons back. I had Ezras Exile and Merrins unique omicron'd. How do I get through to someone at EA/CG who can actually help me get my missing omicrons?

    What’s your ally code?  The swgoh.gg page can back up your claim if we know your ally code.
