Disguised clone trooper issue

Not sure if anyone else has had this but my trooper was fully skilled out with the exception of an omicron, but the clever ruse has been set back to level 1. I have not gotten a refund since this had...

During the Update on 9-3 there was a change made to DCL as follows...
"NOTE:
Disguised Clone Trooper - Clever Ruse is not granting 20% Turn Meter
Upon investigation we’ve discovered the issue is on the Unit itself and was adjusted.
Because of this, we will be refunding the ability in a later release."
You should have received a refund for the mats taken shortly after (I received them including the zeta, as did most)... did you use them on another character without realizing they had made this change?
