No wonder you guys released a LSB for Aphra. She’s got the stupidest and most ridiculous unlock event. Luck? Seriously? RNG is your event for a journey event character. Do you guys at CG not see the problem there? Do you guys even play any video games and understand any player base hates RNG aspects to any game. Yet you have a whole character locked behind an RNG wall

Funnily, I breezed through GI's unlock. I dropped one battle and that was vs Maul, one of the not so difficult stages. The Hondo stage of Aphra was a pain. I upped him to relic 6 and got through it....maybe a little luckily. The recent one I struggled on was BK-K, the first or second stage (I forget), rather than the known super difficult one. That really caused me a lot of trouble. I find watching as many unlock guides as possible, helps you to understand what you need to do and what way will be best for you. So, I guess it's not just Aphra that's a pain to unlock. GAS and Malak back in the day too...gyah. Even 3PO and Chewie before Ewoks and BH got improved were RNG stress fests.
Event took me about 30 minutes with good modding. GI event took 14h of game time to complete over multiple days with luck being the determining factor. I hate making the characters so unrealistic like why not just have the characters like they are in game. That's the part that bothers me, the game has inherent RNG but saying random greedo is going to 1 shot hondo is ridiculous, same with every GI and his jedi p2s.
mod strategy? you can have 100k health and protection you still be one tap you can have 300+ speed same crap you need her 2nd zeta (I Don't Want to Kill You Per Se) to slow down one of 3 hitters since they stuffed up and put zetas in LSB.. notice all guides have the zeta and not a single one without it? Then it's all RNG on who misses for the first 10 buffs

I have seen loads of people with that issue. I’m so glad it didn’t happen to me. How they manage to make it basically just buy crystals and not the bundle it shows is wild to me. I would be infuriated in that situation. Hopefully they get that figured out first thing.
Totally agree. I even did as much as maxed out mods for him and took him to R6 to see if that did the trick but it’s still purely based on the RNG of if you get enough dodges or not. It’s frustrating and silly. And Aphra feels very off track for other things I was working towards for other GLs. Just not really worth the time/effort (or money) like in my case unfortunately.
I just put it away till i have done GL A. Diverting attention from the primary goal is what they want

Agreed. There is absolutely no reason for this or any event to be RNG nonsense. Grinding (or paying) to get them all to tier 5 only for half the battles to not only use characters that are useless on their own (Hondo and Sana) but making it so RNG dependent is ridiculous. People will be like “it’s a sKiLL iSsUe!!” No it isn’t. Relic 5 with Zetas should not be knocked out in 3 hits unless you manage to dodge. There is no set strategy. There is no stat threshold for mods. It’s just luck and it’s absolutely insulting.
