Don't give character unlocks as rewards just give character shards

The Vader Tie tournament was great getting just shards and not the unlock. I have Jyn unlocked after the first tournament but in the next one I will only get 32 shards for her character unlock that makes it lot harder to level her up.

Don't do the character unlocks in tournaments just give the equal amount of shards.
