DoTs need some love

There's a few niche uses. For raids it would be building up a few hundred of them on the tank and then using Culling Blade to see how high your damage can be in one hit. For standard battles DoTs killing Nightsisters means Zombie won't revive them since they're not considered an enemy attack.

zombie will Revive them? I used teams using DoTs but enemy nightsisters still revived (from zombie unique)

If they die from the Damage Over Time itself at the start of their turn rather than the attack that places the DoT they will not revive from Zombie. That would be something that would be great to practice in a sandbox mode, but sadly we'll likely never get that chance.

You lost me right there.

They have never been a top mechanic, but they are extremely useful when used correctly.

They helped make speed counter teams, because any fast team without regen will just destroy themselves.

Vader - wampa is an awesome combo.

OR teams are rocking out the easy 15+ stacks.

This makes them good in raids, TB, TW, and GA. With some creativity arena also.

We do see some elements on the higher end that limit thier usefulness, but I'm not seeing why they would need a rework or touch up at all.

I built a DOT team (pre-OR) that was good clean fun. Vader, Boba Fett, Kylo Ren, Wampa (and EP 'cause he was there.) It was never meta and all of those characters had better uses in other teams, but it was still a blast to bring to a raid or PvE content.

I was hoping to see a decent team arise out of Vader and carth/candorus ordo. When I saw him put 15 stacks on my sion during the last GA was like lord have mercy. Seems to niche and would break up too many teams to be viable, I think.

Locking Vaders dots under his lead is an idea, but I would want him to lock all dots period and not just his own.

vader shaman cancerous another dotter and spy is like the most fun GW team ever....(well almost) the teams usually so weak you can't get enough dots on them before they die to have fun with Spy

Spy needs the target to have a positive effect up though, otherwise he's pointless on that team.
