Well duh-doy, of course 100% drop rate is better... The regular drop rate is 33% (or thereabouts) so double drops should lead to an expected value of 66% drop rate.

Saying you’d rather have a 100% drop rate is a tautology. It’s like saying, “Double drops are okay, but you know what’s better? Triple drops.”
