I've been getting notifications that the Droid Smuggling Event is live but it's not there! This stuff happens all the time! When is it coming?

Wasn't just me good to know.
I haven't been getting as many notifications pushed to my phone. Energy was full nothing came up. Raid started came up, new raid started didn't.
Then this came up and no event....
