Poggle gets more out of his unique ability as well.
HK47 debuffs enemies with his AOE, this is helpfull for IG88. And HK47 adds more critical chance with his leadership QGJ does not.
And to top it off leadership speed bonus doesn't apply the first turn.
HK47 is hands down the best leader in a droid squad. QGJ doesnt even come close.
