Relic character prerequisites
Hi everyone! I’ve noticed many people are saying that you don’t need G XIII characters to Relic them, you need a certain amount of stars. I was wondering if this is a fact or just a rumor. Tried to do so with a 4 star Raddus and several other characters at 7 stars.
Raddus (4 stars) above.
Ezra (7 stars) above.

I believe your confusing gear levels and star levels. Characters no longer need to be 7 stars to relic. However, you still need to go through all the gear levels as normal. So, the characters above although 4 and 7 stars do not have 'Gear 13'. Thus you can't go through the relic levels.
