In the current Meta, I would keep farming Poe, but thinking of the shifting Meta in the future, QGJ might be better? Tough call... Funny looking through the top 50 on my server, there are only 4 teams (mine included) that don't run Phasma or Sid as leader. Also seems that I am the only droid team on the server.

You gain about 2k hp and some additional attack going up from 5 star to 7 star. I currently share your dilemma and decided its probably better off to start farming QGJ. It will take you about a month farming Poe from 5-7 stars with two cantina refills per day. I currently have QGJ at 3 stars and in the same amount of time I can get him to 6 stars.
