Just went 8/20 on stun cuffs and I am extremely happy right now.
However, a 40% drop rate shouldn't be something that seems like it came from RNGesus himself.
Especially considering how many of the purple gear we need, the 15% or whatever is terrible.
Drop rates should be buffed, but sadly probably won't, because people will spend money
