Drop Rate Nerfed??

Did i miss the "news" or the drop rate of EVERYTHING is nerfed to the bottom? Playing this game 5 months already and last month i can hardly get anything. What the hell i pay for??? are you jokin...

No. this is not true - I've got wonderful 3% drop rate of stun cuffs LOL
