Duel's End Vader Datacron Not Granting Bonus Turns

I have had this issue multiple times, in both TW and GAC. Just tried it now in TW, and i am not getting granted any bonus turns to Vader, in spite of everyone and their mother assisting and counterin...

I am bumping this up because,  yet again, I had the same issue. People attacking out of turn and DEV not getting any bonus turns.
